Pillar Technologies’ Unifoiler series of waterless induction sealers, the Unifoiler-U Portable System is a unitized system combining the power supply and a Universal Flat or a Channel/Tunnel sealing coil to a stainless steel portable cart with casters, levelling pads, coil height indicator and 20 inches of coil height adjustment to unitize all components of the system. The mobility allows the operator to move the system from line to line or in and out of line as the application demands.

Primary Function & Operation

• Purpose: Uses electromagnetic induction to hermetically melt an aluminum foil seal onto plastic or glass containers, creating tamper-evident, leak-proof packaging.

• Common Applications: Used extensively in food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and cosmetics packaging lines.
