Koppens CHANTALAT  Model 400HD forming and portioning machine all stainless steel.  

Machine caqn forming beef, pork, poultry, fish, vegetables, potatoes, croquettes and other products in different shapes (depending on the mould plates used). Forming width 400 mm (16"), usable 370 x 130 mm, minimum forming plate thickness 6 mm, maximum 40 mm, maximum volume per stock 1 liter (0.26 gallon), maximum number of strokes per minute 50, hopper capacity 250 liter. This 400 HD former has been built with remote power pack for special applications. Product can be dropped directly onto the packing or further process belt without manual interference. Product would be drop directly onto freezer belt or cooking applications.
