-The intuitive control system includes a thermostat with an OFF position and a temperature range of 160°F – 445°F (71°C – 229°C).

-A thermostat indicator light, a pan tilt switch that shuts off the heating elements if the pan is tilted more than 5°, and a high-temperature cut-off set at 536°F (280°C), ensuring safe and precise operation.

-The heating elements are embedded in a 1-3/8″ (35 mm) thick aluminum casting bolted to the underside of the pan, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface for consistent cooking results. The pan is mounted on a heavy-duty welded frame with a stainless steel exterior, supported by a 1-5/8″ (41 mm) stainless steel pipe frame with adjustable bullet feet.
