Components & Design

• Agitation System (Top Motor): Motor and gearbox assembly top dome mounted. This drives an internal shaft with impellers (blades) to ensure constant mixing, homogenization, or suspension of the product.
• Sanitary Dome Design: The top features the heavy-duty manway for manual access and several Tri-Clamp ports. These are essential for maintaining a sterile environment, as they allow for easy disassembly and high-pressure cleaning.
• Clean fetaures: The unit features a high-grade, polished stainless steel finish to avoiding crevices where bacteria or contaminants could collect, which is a standard requirement for "cleanroom" operations.
• Vessel Geometry: The tank has a cylindrical body with a dished (hemispherical) bottom. This shape ensuring the total drainage of liquids and facilitating the mixing flow patterns created by the motor.
